What we collect

When you place an order we ask for your name, mobile number, email address and delivery address, plus the UPI reference of your payment. We don't see or store your UPI PIN or bank details; payments happen inside your own UPI app.

How we use it

• To pack, ship and track your order
• To send your order confirmation and delivery updates by email and WhatsApp
• To help with exchanges, replacements or refunds

We don't sell your details or send marketing messages without asking you first.

Who else sees it

Your name, phone number and address are shared with our courier partner to deliver the parcel. Order emails are sent through an email service provider. That's it.

Stored on your device

This website saves your bag and your delivery details in your own browser so you don't lose them between visits. You can clear them any time by clearing your browser's site data. We don't use advertising cookies.
